How do I update the credit card or shipping address info on my order?

Here's how to update your credit card information, your shipping address, or your billing address:

 

1. Please visit the following link:

www.lytro.com/orders


2. Sign in with the email address and password you used to place your order originally.

  NOTE: If you have forgotten your password, click here.

 

3. Click the blue "Edit" button to the far right of your order summary:

  NOTE: If you do not see an "Edit" button as shown, then your order has already shipped.

 

4a. To update your credit card information, first click the "Credit card number" field. Then enter your desired card number, the three-digit security code on the back of the card, and the expiration date:

4b. To update your shipping address, click into the address fields and make the necessary changes:

4c. To update your billing address, click into the address fields and make the necessary changes.

NOTE: If necessary, first un-check the box at the end of the "Shipping" column:

5. Confirm your changes by clicking the blue "Save Changes" button:

6. You will see a green checkmark next to a message at the top of the screen confirming that the changes to your order were successfully saved.
