How can I confirm my order status and order information?

Here's how to verify all the information on your existing order for a Lytro camera:

 

1. Please visit the following link:

www.lytro.com/orders


2. Sign in with the email address and password you used to place your order originally.

  NOTE: If you have forgotten your password, click here.

 

3. Click the blue Order Number link to the right of the camera image, e.g. "SO00001":

4. Review your estimated shipping window, shipping address and billing information:

5. If for any reason you need to change shipping or billing information, click the blue "Edit Order" button in the lower right, and then click here if you need further instructions.

  Thanks again for your order!


 

NOTE: For now, it is not possible from our website to change an existing order to a different model camera (e.g. Red Hot vs. Electric Blue), nor to change quantities of items ordered. If you need to do either of these things, please contact Lytro Support.
