If you ordered a Lytro camera, but we were unable to obtain a credit card authorization, something will need updating so we can complete your order and ship your camera to you. Note that, for your protection, we do not have access to the specific reason your credit card authorization failed.
The most common reasons for a failed credit card authorization are:
You have moved, or your issuing bank has a different billing address on file.
There may not be enough room on your card-- insufficient credit-- for the authorization to go through. To verify the total cost of your order, click here.
