Sorry for posting this on the forum. I've trying to reach customer service to obtain RMA #, but have got no replies so I'm trying here. I used the contact form (one last week, another one yesterday) on the site and got the "thank you" screen, but haven't got any automated email response or anything else. How should I proceed?
